Will Johnson is Director of  Corporate Training for the Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK. Currently, he is the CEO of Yield, Inc., a work training program. Will is also a Representative on the Lawton/Fort Sill Base Realignment and Closure Task Force (BRAC), is a Representative on the Oklahoma State Implementation Task Force for Workforce Credentialing with WorkKeys and is a Graduate Professor for Webster University.

Recently, Will headed a task force for Great Plains Technology Center that took him to Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia, which lead to the creation of ten Professional (Technology) Centers. He is also the International Training Consultant representing Oklahoma Career Technology Education System as a leader in international training and development negotiations in Canada, Ponta Grossa, Brazil and Ireland. Will has also developed and replicated a multi-skilled training program for industrial maintenance technicians for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in five locations in the United States and two internationally.

Will has a Bachelor of Arts in Vocational Education Studies from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and a Master of Arts in Computer Information Resources Management from Webster University. He is also a retired member of the United States Air Force.

Will's community memberships and activities include: First Baptist Church, Snyder, OK; Kiowa County Industrial Development Board Vice Chair; Chair United Way Division 4; Southwest Oklahoma Work Investment Business Services Chair and Southwest Oklahoma Regional 911 Association.

Will resides in Snyder, OK with his wife Debbie. He is a father of one and grandfather of two; son Christopher, granddaughter Cherokee (age 8) and grandson Christopher, Jr. (age 6).
