Scott serves as the Director of the Pacific Center for Advanced Technology Training (PCATT) at the University of Hawaii Honolulu Community College. He has held a variety of higher education administration positions at public, private and private non-profit institutions. He has served as the Vice-President of Academic Affairs at Hawaii Business College and Provost at the Hawai`i Technology Institute. Scott has and continues to volunteer his time to serve a number of community organizations in Hawaii including the Blood Bank of Hawaii and the Volunteer Resource Center of Hawaii. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Accounting from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.
