Debbie currently serves as the Vice President for Workforce and Economic Development at Gateway Technical College. Through her position, Debbie collaborates with community and business partners (such as Snap-On) and also acts as a representative for Gateway in the Milwaukee 7 Department of Labor WIRED initiative. Prior to her current position, Debbie was the Executive Director of Gateway's Advanced Technology Centers. She is also the Director for the LakeView Advanced Technology Center.

Debbie earned her M.A. in Adult Education from National-Louis University in Evanston, IL, and her B.A. in Management and Communication from Concordia University Wisconsin.

She currently serves as a chairperson for the Leadership Kenosha Marketing Committee, and was also the NCATC Regional Coordinator for the Upper Midwest Region from 2006-2008.
