Gerald currently serves as the Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing in Wood Products Technology at Danville Community College. As the Coordinator, Gerald is responsible for training students for jobs within the local industrial community.

Prior to his position with Danville Community College, Gerald was the Production/Maintenance Training Coordinator for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., where he developed and facilitated training programs in safety, manufacturing technology, supervision and industrial systems for over 600 maintenance, production and management associates.

Gerald has an AS degree in Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering degree. He is also a Journeyman Industrial Electrician and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
