Mark has more than 17 years of consulting experience in the areas of performance management, cost management, and helping clients improve their overall business productivity and profitability.
He has designed and implemented successful programs for clients in the automotive, consumer electronics, food service, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, utility, and general manufacturing industries. Some of his clients include: Advocate Health Care, Alcoa, Allstate, AM General, AutoNation, Caterpillar, Kimball International, First Energy, Lexmark, McDonalds, Pfizer, and Timken.
Mark is a frequent author and presenter in the areas of performance management, business intelligence, return on investment, and inventory optimization.

Avi Lothan - FAIA, LEED AP, the Design Principal for College of DuPage's new Technology Education Center
Avi Lothan, FAIA, LEED AP, the Design Principal for College of DuPage's new Technology Education Center, has practiced architecture for more than 25 years and is committed to creating unique places that reflect the character and culture of each enterprise. His focus as a Design Principal at DeStefano and Partners is on institutional, educational and multi-family housing architectural design and planning projects. He has developed a body of public projects that communicate the value of architecture with significance beyond their size. His work integrates a green program into the overall design effort and is characterized by a humanistic approach to contemporary architecture. His projects have won numerous awards for design excellence. Avi received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University and his Master of Architecture from Harvard University where he was the recipient of the Alpha Rho Chi Medal.
